Dining Room Deals
This was the first photo I posted to my Little Chateau Instagram page and I think it’s only fair to link everything (ok, as much as I could possibly find) as my gift to you. Absolutely nothing is designer, or overpriced- again, MY GIFT TO YOU. When I put this room together I started with one piece, an inspiration piece, and worked entirely around that. Ultimately, you want your space to reflect the things that you like, without mixing too many different styles together. I really loved this rug ($55!) for my dining area, which was my inspiration piece, but I also obsess over chinoiserie so I found a small way to incorporate it with the little chinoiserie bowls on my shelving unit. I purchased mix and match bowls just to break up the styles and add more texture, then the rest of my dinnerware is all white so that the color of the shelf can really pop. (P.S. the table came with my apartment, but I’ve linked the most identical table I could find- and it’s under $200. Deal.)

A month ago, I didn’t know a single thing about oils. All I knew was that lavender smelt REALLY friggin good, but essentially, that was it.
I was OH SO kindly invited to participate in a virtual wine tasting just a few weeks back and it was the fastest “yes” to any opportunity I’ve ever been presented.

I’m writing this post for everyone who has dropped $100 at a florist on an arrangement that didn’t turn out as beautiful as they expected it to be.
